If you are you looking to transform a room within your home but don’t know where to start, our e-design full room service is ideal for you.

We will help make your design aspirations for the room a reality to create a beautiful yet functional space that speaks to your style and is cohesive with the rest of your home

How does it work?

We will request some information in advance of our initial consultation which will include:

  • Photos of the space that you are re-designing
  • Full measurements of the space (we can help direct you to do this if you need us to)
  • Your style preferences and what you are hoping to achieve (inspiration images are great to provide here if possible)
  • Your preferences for colour, materials and finishes

We will then arrange an initial consultation via a video call where we will step through your home to get a sense of the space and explore in-depth what you are hoping to achieve.

What you will get?

Following on from the initial consultation we will create the concept designs that will incorporate the following elements:

  • Floor plans detailing proposed furniture layouts
  • Carpentry design and drawings
  • Full online moodboard to include all furniture, fixtures and equipment, paint / wallpaper selections, soft furnishing and décor items
  • Sample selections with relevant upholstery, flooring, wall covering and other relevant to the scheme
  • Flooring selections
  • Bespoke furniture design and selection where relevant
  • Window dressing recommendation and sample selection

You will receive the items above within 4 weeks of the initial consultation and then within a further week we will follow up with you to discuss any questions or queries that you may have.

Total cost of this service is €980.

Additional services will incur an hourly charge.

Point of delivery

Please check the contents of your delivery immediately. To ensure that all of your items are accounted for and the packaging is intact and unopened.  All risk of damage and loss becomes your responsibility at the point of delivery
If you find that your product packaging is damaged upon receipt do not accept delivery unless you are sure the product within is undamaged.

For items that are ordered in, when the items arrive into stock you will be contacted to arrange delivery. You must be available to accept delivery within one days of the item arriving in. We cannot store items for longer than this time.

    Returns

    If you are unhappy with your purchase it is your right to return the product(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund (excluding delivery costs). Certain exclusions apply, please check individual product details.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. 

     

    You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received). On furniture orders the cost occured on delivery will be excluded from the refund along with a collection cost.  We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

    Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed once goods have been received. Our returns policy does not apply to Sales / Clearance items or custom made to order pieces. These items are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    For purchases where a product is out of its packaging or the seals are broken, a restocking charge of 15% will be applied. Sarah Louise Interiors reserves the right to refuse a refund of any kind, on any item if the product is not returned in a fully re-sellable condition.

    To return an item please follow these three steps:

    Step One

    Email us at sarah@slouiseinteriors.com. Please note your order number and advise if you would like a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging products and furniture. Sarah Louise Interiors only covers the shipping cost for faulty products.

    Step Two

    Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition. All returns are your responsibility until they reach Sarah Louise Interiors.

    Faulty Items

    If you receive damaged goods please email us a photograph and request either a refund or an exchange.

    Any faults with the item need to be reported to us within a 2 day period of your delivery.
