LANA RUG : WHITE RHODIUM
Lana is an eco-friendly tip-sheared rug created using plastic waste recovered from the world’s oceans and marine industries. Woven in a loop pile Wilton structure, Lana’s richly textured surface is a random mélange of cut & loop yarns, created by minimal differences in height of the individual tuft points, the higher of which are cut during the tip shearing process. Very soft to the touch, Lana’s revolutionary lustrous recycled nylon fibres reflect light like a fine silk or cellulose fibre such as viscose, giving the carpet surface a delicate shimmering aspect so favoured in modern contemporary interiors. The combination of the woven structure and highly engineered nylon fibres offer superior durability and performance making Luna suited for light commercial applications such as hotel rooms or executive offices.
Please note that there is a 2-3 week lead time for all rug orders as they are custom made and there is no refund or exchange available on these as they are made bespoke to order.
Normal Care Instructions:
- Vacuuming carpets is one of the main methods to keep them in good condition and essential to reduce the presence and accumulation of loose particles of soil/dirt. Do not use a vacuum cleaner with rotating brushes on loop structures.
- For cleaning specific stains, never rub the surface to remove a stain or spilled substance, as this can deform the surface irreversibly. It is also not recommended to exert excessive pressure as this can mat down the carpet.
When a spill occurs on your rug:
Immediate attention to any spillage is essential to prevent the penetration of the stain into the carpet fibres, the longer the stain remains untreated, the more complicated it will be to remove and this can cause permanent stain setting:
- A. For solids, the first step is to scoop up or scrape off loose dirt using a blunt instrument such as a spoon or spatula. If the spill is of a dry powdery nature, use a vacuum cleaner on the correct setting to remove from the surface, gently brushing if necessary to assist in the process. It should be noted that some dry spillages are also greasy and, if they are not removed as detailed in the steps below, they may result in a stain, which attracts soil more quickly than surrounding areas of carpet. Any remaining residue should be then treated as suggested by the next steps in our guide.
- B. For wet spillages, these should be wet vacuumed as soon as they occur to avoid staining, or soak up liquids with white absorbent cloth/towel.

Point of delivery
Please check the contents of your delivery immediately. To ensure that all of your items are accounted for and the packaging is intact and unopened. All risk of damage and loss becomes your responsibility at the point of delivery
If you find that your product packaging is damaged upon receipt do not accept delivery unless you are sure the product within is undamaged.
For items that are ordered in, when the items arrive into stock you will be contacted to arrange delivery. You must be available to accept delivery within one days of the item arriving in. We cannot store items for longer than this time.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase it is your right to return the product(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund (excluding delivery costs). Certain exclusions apply, please check individual product details.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received). On furniture orders the cost occured on delivery will be excluded from the refund along with a collection cost. We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed once goods have been received. Our returns policy does not apply to Sales / Clearance items or custom made to order pieces. These items are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For purchases where a product is out of its packaging or the seals are broken, a restocking charge of 15% will be applied. Sarah Louise Interiors reserves the right to refuse a refund of any kind, on any item if the product is not returned in a fully re-sellable condition.
To return an item please follow these three steps:
Step One
Email us at sarah@slouiseinteriors.com. Please note your order number and advise if you would like a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging products and furniture. Sarah Louise Interiors only covers the shipping cost for faulty products.
Step Two
Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition. All returns are your responsibility until they reach Sarah Louise Interiors.

Faulty Items
If you receive damaged goods please email us a photograph and request either a refund or an exchange.
Any faults with the item need to be reported to us within a 2 day period of your delivery.
