I was disappointed with the experience I had. I felt the imagery that I shared with the designer prior to our call were of better quality than those shared back with me after our call. I had asked particularly for joinery examples for both sides of the fireplace to include space for a TV at one side. I received a snippet of a joinery image that just showed one side of the fireplace and only the bottom half. I also wasn't aware that all the products that would be suggested would be from Sarah Louise Interiors and felt I could have gone in-store and asked some suggestions for coffee table, mirror and light fitting to suit my room at no cost. Finally the email I received after the call was just an email with a number of links to different products within the store and felt at this price point of service I would have gotten something with more thought put into it.
