As standard our furniture delivery includes one driver so you will be expected to assist with unload and therefore you will need to be present to receive your goods. For us to offer free delivery throughout Ireland, the goods are delivered via nationwide pallet delivery networks. Access to your property must be at least 8.9ft (2.7m) wide and provide unobstructed vertical clearance of at least 13ft (4m) with no tree branches or other obstructions to allow access at least by an 18 tonne vehicle (also known as a 40-foot truck). Where no through road is available, sufficient turning radius for a vehicle 11m long is required. The area where the goods will be unloaded must be hard and level. Pallets cannot be delivered to soft, loose surfaces such as grass or gravel, up- or downhill or across dropped/raised kerbs. Delivery vehicles cannot move along gravel or soil driveways since doing so would damage the driveway. In this case delivery will be to the kerbside only, which means the nearest point to your property with a flat, hard surface at street level.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery location is suitable. If you are not sure, please send an email and we will be happy to advise. If the driver delivering your order determines that delivery location is not suitable for unloading, you will be offered kerbside delivery at the nearest point accessible by the delivery vehicle. If kerbside delivery cannot be made safely (for example, where the pallet would obstruct traffic) or is declined by you, the order will be returned to us and refunded with the cost of return shipping up to €50.00 including VAT deducted from the refund. The driver is not responsible for furniture moving or placement within the home. The driver is not responsible for assembly. We do not accept any responsibility for damages incurred during placement or assembly.
Point of delivery
Please check the contents of your delivery immediately. To ensure that all of your items are accounted for and the packaging is intact and unopened. Do this prior to signing for packages. All risk of damage and loss becomes your responsibility at the point of delivery
If you find that your product packaging is damaged upon receipt do not accept delivery unless you are sure the product within is undamaged.

- Mainland UK Delivery on orders under €150.00- €10.00
- Free Shipping on orders over €150 excluding furniture.
If you are unhappy with your purchase it is your right to return the product(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund (excluding delivery costs). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received). On furniture orders the cost occured on delivery will be excluded from the refund along with a collection cost. We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed once goods have been received. Our returns policy does not apply to Sales / Clearance items or custom made to order pieces. These items are non-refundable.
To return an item please follow these three steps:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note your order number and advise if you would like a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging products and furniture. Sarah Louise Interiors only covers the shipping cost for faulty products.
Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition along with your completed returns form. Any item returned without a returns form or order number will not be refunded. All returns are your responsibility until they reach Sarah Louise Interiors.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you receive damaged goods please email us a photograph and request either a refund or an exchange.
Any faults with the item need to be reported to us within a 2 day period of your delivery.
