Delivery and Returns
Please see estimated delivery times on each product page. Most items are delivered sooner than these times but please allow this time for delivery. If you need an item in a hurry please send an email to email@example.com.
Point of delivery
Please check the contents of your delivery immediately. To ensure that all of your items are accounted for and the packaging is intact and unopened. All risk of damage and loss becomes your responsibility at the point of delivery
If you find that your product packaging is damaged upon receipt do not accept delivery unless you are sure the product within is undamaged.
For items that are ordered in, when the items arrive into stock you will be contacted to arrange delivery. You must be available to accept delivery within one days of the item arriving in. We cannot store items for longer than this time.

If you are unhappy with your purchase it is your right to return the product(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund (excluding delivery costs). Certain exclusions apply, please check individual product details.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your items (unless the item arrives faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been received). On furniture orders the cost occured on delivery will be excluded from the refund along with a collection cost. We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed once goods have been received. Our returns policy does not apply to Sales / Clearance items or custom made to order pieces. These items are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For purchases where a product is out of its packaging or the seals are broken, a restocking charge of 15% will be applied. Sarah Louise Interiors reserves the right to refuse a refund of any kind, on any item if the product is not returned in a fully re-sellable condition.
To return an item please follow these three steps:
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note your order number and advise if you would like a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging products and furniture. Sarah Louise Interiors only covers the shipping cost for faulty products.
Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition. All returns are your responsibility until they reach Sarah Louise Interiors.

If you receive damaged goods please email us a photograph and request either a refund or an exchange.
Any faults with the item need to be reported to us within a 2 day period of your delivery.
