Returns & Refunds

At Sarah Louise Interiors, we take great care in curating timeless pieces for your home. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returning Your Order

To arrange a return, please contact our team at info@slouiseinteriors.com quoting your order number and advising whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is faulty, damaged, or an incorrect item has been supplied.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by Sarah Louise Interiors.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@slouiseinteriors.com, including photographs of the issue.

We will gladly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that Sale, Clearance, and bespoke made-to-order pieces are final sale and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
