Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order (for online purchases) or from the day of purchase (for in-store purchases). Please note that some exclusions apply, and we recommend checking the individual product details before purchasing.
Items can either be brought back to store or returned by courier. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service when returning items, as Sarah Louise Interiors cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, please allow 3–5 working days for your refund to be processed.

I ordered my new side table and was able to collect from SL Dundrum location less than 2 days later, fabulous customer service and I’m happy to say that the table is even nicer in real life, very happy to recommend!

I purchased this as a gift. I already have two of these diffusers in my home. They smell divine and the bottle is expensive looking. Will definitely purchase refills again when my diffusers run out. Just love the smell!

Very thin material would have expected more for a 300 euro bed spread, kept it anyway but if I had known I wouldnt have ordered. Also issue with delivery came in a torn wet box more then a week after ordering and left outside house on the footpath.
This is ideal for placing where you want in your living room, I wanted something to place drinks/snacks on while lounging on the couch and this style is just perfect!
